InkTec embarks on regional support programme for Jetrix users

InkTec has opened an additional Jetrix service centre near Newcastle to cover the north of England. MD Joey Kim said: “We have no doubt that this will probably be the start of several regional service centres being established.”

The Newcastle centre backs-up that from the existing operation in Witney, but will provide the north with more rapid response times. The two engineers based at the new centre will be involved in any installation in the area, and provide training and technical consultancy. In addition, through the Witney office, advice will continued to be offered over the phone with machines being reviewed online, when required.

Kim added: “The opening of our northern service centre builds on our commitment to the region and the ever-expanding number of Jetrix installations there.”
