Peter Black was established in 1947 but is always looking ahead, with an investment in the most cutting-edge UV-LED printing technology from Roland DG helping to support its continued success into 2019 and beyond.

Display Wizard was keen to source a printer that could truly live up to their expectations after suffering on-going issues with media deformation from their current four printers. Much of their work involves producing panelled pop-up drops and a wide variety of display formats for exhibitions. Yet their existing machines were printing print drops at different lengths which made panelling impossible. With the business building significantly they needed to find a printer or printers that could deliver quality and speed to meet their increasing demands.

Since its inception in 2013, Massivit 3D has partnered with Sartomer, a business line of Arkema, benefitting from its market-leading portfolio of N3xtDimension® UV-curable liquid resins. These advanced liquid resins make up a significant portion of Massivit 3D’s unique, proprietary Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology. The technology enables the super-fast production of super-sized, lightweight, hollow, 3D-printed models up to 1.8 meters/6 feet high, giving Massivit 3D’s customers the power of 3D advertising.

To join its portfolio of carefully selected technology, including three Roland roll-to-roll printers – two Versacamms and one Soljet Pro 4 XR-640 – Essex-based cross-media print & graphics production company The Wrap Shop, recently invested in a flatbed Summa F cutter from printMAX. For co-founder Steve Hart it was a simple decision – he had seen the machine in action.

Acrylic display specialist Floreeda Fabrications chose a new Roland DG VersaUV S-Series LEJ-640S for its new, larger premises for its print quality and generous head height, but soon discovered this UV-LED printer could add a new dimension to its work – literally.

Superior Creative Services, part of the Delta Group, has been trading since 1976 and has established itself as one of the leading names in the UK print market.

In early 2019, VGL implemented Vism, an easy-to-use project management software system specifically designed and built for the signage, graphics and installation industry. Vism was selected to save time and improve customer service and satisfaction for VGL’s installation process, replacing the company’s existing systems and embarking on a long term relationship to help further improve operational efficiency.

Following attending at one of Papergraphics’ ‘Doing More with Interiors’ days at their regional customer centre in Paisley, Centurion Signs, based in East Kilbride, has now completed several installs using Papergraphics’ Digimura 2.1 wallcovering, with more in the pipeline.
