at Sign and Digital UK, where the UK wide-format industry does business.

The UK's premier sign making and digital printing event returns to the Birmingham NEC on the 13th, 14th and 15th April 2010.
Sign and Digital UK is the industry's annual showcase with over 21 years experience of delivering high value for exhibitors and visitors. It is the only place in the UK where you will see a wide-reaching range of products on display for the sign making and digital printing industry. If you are in the sign and digital industry or you want to be, then you need to be part of this unique opportunity.

"Whether you're looking for expert advice from the show's extensive educational programme, the latest products and innovations to help improve your business or quite simply to make the right decisions on purchasing supplies, Sign and Digital UK 2010 really does have something for everyone,' comments Rudi Blackett, event director for the show.

Sign and Digital UK 2009 was a very successful show, with a strong line up of exhibitors and a high calibre of visitors taking in what the show had to offer. With Sign and Digital UK 2010 just around the corner, the show is again set to offer even more of an opportunity.

The exhibitor list keeps on growing, and you will see a wide range of leading industry suppliers at the show including: Fujifilm Sericol, Grafityp UK, Hexis, Hybrid Services/Mimaki, Oce UK, Roland DG, Mutoh Europe, GPT and William Smith.

Last year visitors came from a broad spectrum of companies in the industry such as Augustus Martin, Bezier, C3 Imaging, Gardners, Kall Kwik, Linney group, Printing.com, Service Graphics, Sign-A-Rama, Signs Express, St Ives group. to name a few. The show also brings in visitors from high profile brands such as Asda, BBC, British Airways, Cadbury, Harrods, Ikea, JC Decaux, MOD, TopShop, Waitrose, and many more.

Pre-registration for the 2010 show is already at record levels with many visitors already planning how they will take advantage of the many opportunities at the show.

As an example of how the show can be used to great effect, Sign and Digital UK 2010 is proud to be showcasing the very latest in innovative Roland technology. Not only will the latest technology open new doors for many of visitors, Roland will also be demonstrating a vast number of creative ideas and techniques to help visitors get the most out of digital print.

Duncan Jefferies, marketing manager at Hybrid Services, has this to say about the show: "At Hybrid Services - as Mimaki's exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland - we ensure we are showing a representative selection of our product range that will mean the most to the visitors at the show. Sign and Digital UK 2009 gave us an excellent platform to introduce new Mimaki products to the industry, allowing visitors to see the latest digital printing and cutting hardware and software up close. We were impressed with the large number of visitors to the show who clearly appreciated the potential value of renewed investment in technology in helping them towards recovery from the recession."

The expanded seminar programme last year was extremely well received, and so this year there is another fantastic seminar programme on the cards, with Terry Steeley from Iridius giving demonstrations, tips and creative solutions on Adobe Creative Suite 4, including Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and the latest operating system, Snow Leopard.

Another series of seminars that are returning to Sign and Digital UK 2010 is the Corel Theatre. Once again these will be presented by Suzanne Smith, product trainer at Corel, who will be demonstrating the latest software applications and uses, providing in depth and hands on advice in getting the most practical use from the systems.

Lastly on the seminar front, there are two new additions to the show in 2010. A brand new software theatre will be introducing visitors to the chance to get real insight into the workings of some of the latest software from some of the biggest companies. Already signed up are Delcam, Touch Systems and Caldera with more to follow.

Accompanying this is the Demo Trail, again providing practical, hands-on experience on the day-to-day use of the kit on show. The trail will give visitors the ultimate guide in how to navigate the show and make the most of their time at the show.

"With so much on offer at this year's show, it is vital for anyone who is in the sign and digital industry, or wants to be, to take advantage of the quick and easy online registration which grants you free admission to the UK's premier sign making and digital printing event.
