Moving to larger premises has had a huge impact on our business, giving us the ability to streamline workflow.
Where do you see the greatest wide-format opportunities?
Digital wall coverings seems to still be a strong sector, with a lot of opportunities in retail and restaurant markets.
What would make your day-to-day operations easier?
A time machine so that at the beginning of the day I could skip to the end of the day to see how it went!
Your favourite bit of kit is..?
My staff! Oh, and the scissor lifts we now have in the vehicle wrap bays that make the whole process so much easier and quicker.
What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given?
Never say no. You can’t do everything yourself, and remember we are all human.
What are you most proud of achieving?
Growing in a hugely competitive market, and getting to the point of mutual respect between ourselves, suppliers and manufacturers.
What lesson does the wide-format sector need to learn?
I think this sector learns quite well as it evolves anyway, and hopefully this will continue.
