AXYZ introduces Infinite multi-purpose CNC routers

The recently constituted AXYZ Automation Group has announced the first of a planned series of new products - the AXYZ Infinite multi-purpose CNC router.

The new model - which AXYZ hopes will set a new benchmark – has a processing bed size of 3,251mm (width) x 15.24m (length), a heavy-duty solid steel frame construction, and a new carriage design for easier servicing access. It can be configured with a choice of single, dual or triple routing/cutting heads. With a heavy-duty solid steel frame construction and a new carriage design for easier servicing access, the Infinite also has a newly designed and more efficient dust extraction system than its predecessors. The router can be supplied with the latest optional VCarve Pro and Aspire design and production software programs, both of which provide all of the necessary tools for 2D and 3D applications. Other optional machine enhancements include the AXYZ ATC (Automatic Tool Change) system that provides up to 33 tool-change stations for work involving multiple tools, the AXYZ Zone Management facility for optimum material hold-down efficiency and the latest A2MC machine controller with the integrated AVS (AXYZ Vision System) facility. There is also the latest helical rack and pinion drive system incorporating a multiple gear teeth configuration.
