Durst is using Itma (20-26 June) to show off its fifth generation Alpha printing systems with new software to meet increased demands of textile digital printing.
The new Alpha Series 5 190 and 330 printing systems being unveiled at the show have improved materials handling and are said to be more efficient. The technology platform provides scalable solutions and enables waterless one-step production with the new Durst Advanced Digital Pigment ink.
Durst offers environmentally friendly water-, acid- and reactive-based ink systems for the Alpha Series 5. All the products in the series, including dual-roll, are equipped with the new Durst Workflow Print and the monitoring tool Durst Analytics. To integrate e-commerce there is Durst Smart Shop.
The new Alpha Series 5 190 and 330 with SuperMultipass can also have a patented SwiftJet pretreatment system positioned upstream of the printer.
