United Carlton merges with DMC Canotec

Printing solutions specialist United Carlton has amalgamated with business equipment supplier DMC Canotec to extend UK coverage, leverage buying power and stimulate more organic growth.

The three northern United Carlton offices will continue to operate as normal and further spaces will open in London, the South East, South West and the South Coast. United Carlton managing director Warren Colby said of the move: “I would like to assure our clients that this merger will bring little change to the way in which we operate. It will be the same people and contacts within the organisation delivering the same impeccable service.” Colby added: “Our plans are to acquire further like-minded businesses in the UK with a view to providing a true nationwide coverage for existing and new opportunities.” The amalgamation has been welcomed by existing staff members from both companies and will employ over 250 staff. https://www.united-carlton.co.uk/
