Places remain on the BPIF Training’s Level 5 Management Programme starting this September in London, Coventry and Brighouse.
Aimed at established, new and aspiring middle managers, the course covers critical thinking, making a financial case, continuing professional development, performance management, negotiation and persuasion, continuous improvement techniques, managing improvement, understanding the management role, law, delegation, and leading innovation and change.
Upon successful completion, the learner will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management (equivalent to a Foundation Degree) and the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship.
If your company is a levy payer, your digital credits can be used to fund the entire cost of the course. If your company is a non-levy payer, your employer's contribution will be only £350 per learner (subject to eligibility).
The course takes two to three years to complete, depending on the individual, with workshops held at a choice of BPIF training centres where learners have the chance to share knowledge and best practice, as well as the opportunity to network with fellow professionals. The programme includes workshops from industry and learners are supported by experienced and qualified BPIF tutors.
