Acquisition for Service Graphics

Service Graphics has acquired Image Factory Retail Graphics. Managing director Terry Smith and his management team will continue to run the Chippenham-based business that employs 60 people.

"Everyone at Image Factory is excited to be joining Service Graphics - POS and POP complement the Service Graphics vision - customers of both businesses will benefit,” said Smith on the announcement. Image Factory specialises in the design and manufacture of POP, packaging, window displays and retail POS, complementing the existing Service Graphics offering of large-format print, digital signage and interior/exterior graphics.
