Service Graphics buys Octink

Service Graphics has acquired Brentford-based display graphics, site hoardings, signage and interior solutions specialist Octink - the second acquisition to be announced by the Paragon Group company in a week- the other being Chippenham-based Image Factory Retail Graphics.
Octink’s management team, led by Will Tyler, will continue to manage the 90 people business, whose focus within the construction sector gives Service Graphics Display significant market share in what is a new market sector. Martin Hutchings, managing director Service Graphics Display, said: "Our strategy is to grow our business through acquisition and with organic sales, to create visual experiences for our clients. We are targeting companies that offer entry to new markets or can increase market share within existing markets. Octink's reputation within the construction sector was key to this purchase and why we approached Will and his team. They have built a fantastic business that services some of the biggest names in house building and property development. I am delighted that they share our vision and we welcome the Octink team to Service Graphics."
