Paragon makes acquisitions

Service Graphics parent Paragon Group has acquired ZenOffice (subject to approval by the UK FCA) and OfficeTeam to strengthen its business services capabilities.

ZenOffice provides SMEs with managed solutions, including signage and exhibition, business interiors, workwear and PPE. OfficeTeam provides business services and workplace solutions to largely blue chip companies.
