InkTec’s opaque self-adhesive fabric TEX-RA FR has achieved the EN 13501 - 1 fire rating certification.
This is a non-reflective polyester fabric with repositionable adhesive. An opaque block-out feature is designed to make installation easier and allows for overlapping of seams.
TEX-RA FR has been assigned the European standard C-s2, d0 fire rating in accordance with the testing procedures given in EN 13501-1: 2018 and EN 15102: 2007+A1: 2011. This is equivalent to the German safety standard DIN 4102 classification B1.
From a printing and application perspective, the polyester material is dimensionally stable, tear resistant and wrinkle free according to InkTec. It adheres to non-porous smooth flat surfaces and is available in 54in and 60in widths on 30m length rolls. It is compatible with solvent, eco solvent, Latex and UV inks.
