Screen Graphic Solutions and CGS Oris have developed a technology that predicts halftones from limited colorimetric data by using a proprietary algorithm that automatically generates complete CxF data. The new technology is available in CGS Oris CxF Toolbox, a software solution for storing, editing and communicating (brand) colours fast and reliably.
Once setup, the system can automatically generate CxF data of particular spot colours or entire libraries. This data can then be easily embedded in PDF files.
The CxF Toolbox is connected to the CGS Oris Color Cloud, ensuring access to all stored CxF data by the whole supply chain. The Color Cloud can be used with the entire CGS Oris Software Suite, and can be connected to other workflows and DFE’s that work with CxF data.
