William Smith expands sign making materials range

William Smith has added three new media to its range: Contra Vision Performance see-through films; the 3M DI-NOC Carbon Fibre film, for vehicle personalisation; and the Pearlescent and Gemstone Metallic films from Ritrama.

Contra Vision Performance has been developed for short-term external use on buildings and/or vehicle windows and are said to significantly reduce heat and glare from the sun. The self-adhesive perforated PVC films incorporate a medium-tack solvent-based removable adhesive, can be easily printed, applied and maintained.?

The 3M Carbon Fibre film CA-421 is the latest addition to the DI-NOC range of surface finishes. It has the visual appearance and texture of real carbon fibre and features 3M's patented Comply adhesive technology to ensure bubble-free application. It is available in a wide range of other finishes, including leather, wood, metallic and stone.

The new Pearlescent 650 films from Ritrama are opaque, brightly coloured high-gloss cast vinyl formulations which can be used on either flat or contoured surfaces and which provide an outdoor durability of five years. The complementary Gemstone Metallic cast opaque films also have a five-year durability and are distinguishable by the high concentration of metallic flakes in 15 colours.
