Your Print Specialists (YPS) has a new management team. Georgia Brown has been appointed managing director, Paul Shorton as technical director, Wayne Jobling as operations director, and Lisa Brown as HR director. Garry Brown, who founded the company in 2009, remains a director and takes on the role of chairman, focusing on the strategy and development of the overall business.
Georgia Brown said of the move: “As we come out of the pandemic there are many challenges to be faced and we have put together a strong management team that we know works well together and is focused on the long term success of the business and our customers."
Garry Brown added: "Each member of the board has been a valued member of the YPS family for many. I am very confident they will continue to develop the business using the core principles of delivering great products, high levels of customer service and having an ethical and responsible relationship with all our staff, customers and suppliers."
Georgia Brown joined the company in 2014 and was appointed sales director in 2017. Shorton has worked at YPS for the last 11 years as service manager. Lisa Brown joined YPS as an HR business partner working remotely for the business. Jobling joined YPS in 2015 and became service development manager.
YPS is an authorised reseller for Mimaki, Roland, Drytac and Epson among others.
