The Fespa UK association has announced a return to face-to-face events in 2021, as well as refreshed membership options, and a new website.
The new events include a round-table think tank to be held at the end of June. It will bring together printers and suppliers to discuss how the industry can move forward from Covid-19, and look at issues such as sustainability, waste management and the impact of Brexit.
Fespa UK will also - with Vism - jointly host the UK Graphics Awards on 14 September.
Suzi Wilkinson, director of Fespa UK, said: “Everything we do is aimed at supporting our members to succeed in business and we can facilitate introductions and help them form reciprocal relationships where ‘competitors’ become ‘colleagues’. All this is much more effective when people meet face-to-face, and we are excited to give members an excellent platform to build on in the Covid recovery by reintroducing in-person events in addition to our new online offering.”
The association has simplified its membership options, with two packages - a member package for printers and installation companies and a partner package for suppliers to the industry.
A new website - fespauk.com - will highlight upcoming events and the association hopes it will become a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences across the membership.
