Print and Digital Convention to run virtual content

For the first time, the Print and Digital Convention (20-21 October, Messe Dusseldorf) is providing digital content for virtual participation.

"We are pleased to be able to offer participants who cannot be on site access to extensive knowledge transfer. This has already worked excellently in the context of virtual.drupa, which took place exclusively digitally," said Sabine Geldermann, director print technologies at Messe Düsseldorf.

The two-day conference is expected to draw 1,000 physical visitors. It will encompass eight theme worlds, with four daily parallel lecture series providing a total of 48 lectures and workshops. There will also be 60+ exhibitors.

The theme worlds are: interior/exterior design; brand and product; value-added printing; postpress; labels and packaging; printed electronics; dialogue marketing; and sustainable media production.

The workshop sessions will focus on sustainable media production, marketing automation, value-added printing and dialogue marketing.
