Enfocus has revamped its customer portal My Enfocus, where users can find information specific to them, such as license keys, dashboards etc. It will also allow users to download the latest installers, assign subscriptions or log a support ticket.
“Customer service is key and in an online environment, it’s important to make interface simple and obvious. Making it easy for users to find information about the products and services they use inspired the complete revision of the customer portal,” said Tim Bernaerdt, head of customer success.
Arthur Peck, front-end designer at Enfocus, said: “This is a whole new experience for our customers. They are able to manage all their products, payments, apps, and installations very easily in a central hub for everything Enfocus. We used customer research to see what users need in a self-service platform. The initial feedback is really great.”
