Former ImageData MD Paul Price has been appointed MD of Cestrian, which was taken over by PFI Group at the start of this year. The move follows fast on the heels of him also being made MD of other group acquisition Creative Digital Images (CDI).
Price - who was with ImageData from 2003, and previously at GK Serigraphics - took up the position at CDI on 6 September and at Cestrian on 18 October, following a 12-month spell with Paragon Service Graphics. He replaces John Charman at CDI, who will be retiring end of February 2022, and Ivor Watters at Cestrian.
“I am obviously delighted to head up these two well established businesses and I am looking forward to working with both management teams and their respective clients to help deliver a truly unique service offering,” said Price, whose remit is to integrate the services of Cestrian and CDI to provide a strengthened offering in the marketplace. He said there no plans to actually merge the two businesses, both of which offer large-format print among other services.
