FaberExposize UK and sister company Northern Flags have welcomed a new Agfa Jeti Tauro H3300 printer they expand further into UV rigid and roll-to-roll applications. It’s the second new printer in three months for the companies, which installed an Agfa Avinci dye-sub machine in December.
With up to 453m2/hr output, the new Jeti Tauro is the fastest wide-format printer purchased by FaberExposize UK and Northern Flags, and enables them to increase their in-house ability to cater to the growing demand for ‘just in time’ production that does not compromise customer expectations on quality or budget.
Iain Clasper-Cotte, MD of Faber Exposize said of the investment: “This is the tenth wide-format printer we have invested in over the past six years and it’s undoubtedly the fastest. We already operate two Annapurna UV printers, but as we have grown our rigid and vinyl business through Covid, when the demand for fabric collapsed, we needed some extra firepower to keep up with our expansion and the demand for environmentally friendly substrates.”
