Fespa and member associations create European Congress
Fespa, with the support of six of its national member associations including Prism in the UK, will host its first European Congress on 19 November 2010 in Brussels. The congress, which is targeted specifically towards business owners, directors and general managers of print service businesses in the UK, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland and France, will have the theme ‘Continuing to Innovate’. The congress will feature technical content as well as covering issues such as marketing and the environmental agenda from a northern European perspective.
Confirmed speakers include technical guru Nicholas Hellmuth (Flaar); marketing and communications expert from specialist agency Marcom Projects, Jan Van der Veken; Fespa board member and print and marketing services entrepreneur Christian Duyckaerts; and ‘print coach’ Nick Devine. Fespa managing director Frazer Chesterman and sales and marketing director Marcus Timson will also deliver a 60 Minutes to Innovate session. The event is sponsored by European Congress Platinum Partner Fujifilm.
Those registering before 5 October 2010 for the event will get a reduced rate of 250 Euro (350 Euro after that date). Prism members will be charged 100 Euro prior to 5 October, rising to 150 Euro afterwards.
Fespa has also confirmed the dates of its EMEA Summit as 23-24 November, 2010. This year it will take place in Istanbul, Turkey and follow the theme ‘Sustaining Innovation’. Full details of the programme, speakers, sponsors, venue etc. can be found at www.fespa.com/emeasummit
