Service Graphics set for relocation to Chessington

St Ives Group’s large-format print division Service Graphics will relocate to a 46,000 sq ft site in Chessington in January to service London and the south of England. It will also offer support to the other Service Graphics sites in Glasgow, Skelmersdale, Nottingham, Kent and Salisbury, as well as the other St Ives divisions. In the future, the enhancement of the large-format graphics services may also be offered across the entire St Ives client base.

The Company’s expansion has enabled the creation of 15 new jobs, with new members of staff joining across a variety of roles including, studio, print and account management. As well as a new Inca S20, Service Graphics has also invested in a Durst Rho 500R printer and Rho Tex printer, the latter being the only one in the country and situated at the company’s Skelmersdale site.

Service Graphics said that despite market trends, it has enjoyed a significant upturn, suggesting a promising outlook for the New Year. “This year we have continued to build on our relationships with some of the UK’s biggest players, but we have also won new business from other companies in the retail sector,” said Scott King, sales director of Service Graphics.

Managing director Nick Cole added: “We pride ourselves on being able to offer the very latest technologies to our clients and our move to Chessington in January will enable us to advance into the New Year with the best capabilities in the UK.”
