Direct Color Systems introduces desktop eco-solvent inkjet printer
The Flex33 printer from Direct Color Systems (DCS) is a small-format solvent inkjet roll-to-roll desktop printer for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, POP, labels, decals, heat transfers and other flexible media.
Calibrated for use with DCS’s UV-stable and pigment-solvent MultiSolve inks, the Flex33 uses an eight-channel (Y, M, C, K, LM, LC, LK, O) micropiezo printhead and has an optimised resolution of up to 5760dpi. It comes complete with a MultiSolve mild solvent, UV-stable eight-colour ink set.
The printer outputs directly onto a standard uncoated media and accepts rolls up to 5in (127mm) in diameter and 13in (330mm) in width and allows for a maximum continuous printable size of 317mm x 3048mm.
The Flex33 comes with Complete Rip, Rip and Cut, and print profile options.
