i-cut makes moves on Europe
i-cut, a division of EskoArtwork which specialises in software development and materials automation for digital cutters, has kicked off its entry into Europe by running live demonstrations of its new Vision Pro 7.0 software at Viscom in Germany. To support the move the company has established a European sales team and created an online store (www.icuttools.com).
Vision Pro 7.0 provides full non-linear distortion correction, an intuitive user interface and full Rip integration so that print runs from one to thousands are contour-cut precisely and economically. Using the software, print material specifications are taken from the work stream and are processed with preset cutting parameters.
The solution is aimed at digital printers, sign makers and commercial printers using XY cutting tables from companies such as Esko-Kongsberg, Zund, M?canum?ric, MultiCam, Axyz etc.
