Preston-based Palmer Publicity Services (PPS) has been instrumental in the look of this years’ Mobo Awards ceremony after event partner Passion4Events approached the PSP to deliver branding and graphics for the VIP reception area.
PPS’s graphic designer worked closely with the Passion4Events to produce designs for various podiums and coffee table cubes. The company then produced plinths cut from mirrored gold dibond, and routed to wrap around a frame. These were branded with print and cut vinyls and black 5mm acrylic tabletops, raised with black spacers.
The company also produced freestanding Mobo cut-out signs, printed on its flatbed printer and cut on its router. The reception area also had a 15 x 6ft Mobo logo, with effects projected onto it by Motion Mapping.
