Massivit to introduce smaller 3D printer at Fespa 2018

Massivit 3D will introduce the Massivit 1500 Exploration 3D Printer at Fespa 2018, where it will demo the large-format additive manufacturing machine alongside the existing, larger Massivit 1800.
The new machine has a maximum manufacturing volume of 147 x 117 x 145cm (on the Massivit 1800 it is 147 x 117 x 180cm).   “Fespa provides the ideal platform to encourage printers to take advantage of the business enhancing capabilities created by 3D printing. Large-format print services can see how our technology enables them to differentiate their business by extending their service offering and maximize campaign budgets to produce stunning applications that genuinely turn heads and engage audiences,” said Isabelle Marelly, marketing director.    The 3D printed applications on display at Fespa 2018 will include a football billboard. Standing at 1.8m-tall, the football player was made in less than 20 hours to demo to PSPs how quickly personalised models can be produced. Massivit will also showcase 3D printed channel letters. Avner Israeli, CEO, said: “With the Massivit 1500 print shops of all sizes can benefit from the limitless creativity and new business opportunities enabled by large format 3D printing.”
