Kolor-D developed to automate image and PDF workflows
KVD KlearVision Digital has released the Kolor-D Intelligent Color Server tailored specifically to graphic arts production workflows.

Based upon Photo-D technology, Kolor-D (compatible with both Mac and Windows platforms) reduces the time taken to 'fix' images in editing applications, such as Adobe Photoshop. At its core is a rule-based Intelligent Expert System (IES) that automatically optimises and enhances digital image files, preparing them for printing or viewing. Using fuzzy logic and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, Kolor-D, in effect, emulates the decision-making expertise of a traditional colour expert to analyse, correct and produce high-quality image and PDF files.
