Bluetree to host National Apprenticeship Week event

Bluetree Group in Rotherham will host an apprentice event on Monday, 4 March - the first day of the National Apprenticeship Week 2019.

Speakers, such as Jon Bailey from ProCo and Kelly O'Sullivan from Sainsbury's/Argos, will meet at Bluetree (which includes customer facing brands Instantprint and Route 1 Print) to talk to apprentices. In addition, Chris Pinborough and Billy Gibbs o'Riordan will speak about their apprentice journeys at Precision Printing. The Printing Charity will use the event to talk about the Print Futures Awards and Drupa will reveal details of a special apprentice award. Apprentices will receive a tour of Bluetree’s manufacturing facility and the day will end with a round table discussion on the ‘future of apprenticeships' and ‘apprenticeships role in print.' After the visit the BPIF will promote print apprenticeships to over 6000 students at the Leeds Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair. Along with its members and The Stationers’ Company, the BPIF will be on hand to discuss apprenticeships and career paths in print and communications. The BPIF Apprentice Council will also release the fourth issue of its apprentice newsletter.
