New workplace report shows morale low in UK

The UK and US have come out as the top two nations ranking employee morale as a problem at work in a new report from Slack - ‘International Work Perceptions’.
Based on data from 7,000 workers across 17 countries, the report asks what people value at work, how they perceive their company’s values, and what makes for good (and bad) collaboration, It looks at what makes companies successful, how to make better teams, and at collaboration challenges. One of the key findings is that the single biggest gap between what workers value, but think their companies don’t, is autonomy. For workers, this was the third highest priority. For their companies, they saw it as the 11th priority. The report can be found at: https://slackhq.com/good-collaboration-bad-collaboration-a-new-report-by-slack
