Antalis improves product traceability
Antalis is hoping to strengthen its environmental credentials by gathering information on its own suppliers' regulatory conformity and adherence with new FSC and PEFC standards, as well as the new European Timber regulation. The company is using its Myrmex platform for this purpose, enabling it to evaluate the potential risks linked to certain supplier sources and to take measures to mitigate any likely issues.
Astley staff get set for Great North Run

EFI to offer $300m Convertible Senior Notes
A statement from EFI says it intends to offer $300m senior notes to qualified institutional buyers, and that it intends to grant the initial purchasers the right to buy up to an additional $45m aggregate principal amount of the notes (within a 13-day period from the date of initial notes issue).
