Rebranded PressOn (formerly Press On Digital) has launched Ballpark Cost, an online print calculator accessed through the company’s new-look website. It provides a quick cost ballpark figure for digital print projects in eight categories; hoarding graphics, floor graphics, window graphics, digital wallpaper, banners, self-adhesive wall vinyl and Foamex boards.

Mimaki Engineering has partnered with Color Concepts, a creator of media profiles, to make available independent, third party certification of media for use with the Mimaki JV400LX printer and latex inks. Mimaki anticipates expanding this programme to other Mimaki printers and inks in the future.

 

Resolution(GB), trading as HP Plotter, is producing a range of DesignJet dust covers. The Fugazi range is manufactured in the UK and will initially cover the DesignJet T120 and T520 machines. It is expected that covers for the DesignJet T and Z series will be available later in the year.

 

A second direct-to-textile printer has been installed at Your Print Partner in Lincoln. The 1.8m Mimaki TS34 will sit alongside the company’s existing Mimaki TX400 producing mainly feather, forecourt and showhome flags, tablecloths, bunting and various event banners.
