Remote chance of ‘normal’ working

OK, how has the reinstated ‘work from home if you can’ rule impacted your business. Had you recently brought people back on site and now find yourself sending them back from whence they came? What proportion of your staff can actually work from home and be 100% productive in their assigned roles?
