BPIF Training brought together professionals seeking to learn and gain new skills

BPIF Training brought together apprentices, employers, and industry leaders from across the print and packaging sector for its annual graduation and awards ceremony.

The event recognised graduates from the Level 5 operations/departmental manager and Level 7 senior leader apprenticeship programmes.

Karly Lattimore, managing director of BPIF Training, reflected on the vital role apprenticeships play during periods of industry change.

She said: “Apprenticeships aren’t just about training, they’re about building capability, resilience and opportunity. Our apprentices bring new ideas, energy, and innovation into workplaces. That makes them invaluable, especially in challenging times.”

Ms Lattimore praised the graduates, many of whom balanced leadership responsibilities, family commitments, and workplace pressures, while completing their courses.
