Hosted by some of the biggest associations in the printing industry, the Christmas Carol Service for Printers is set to be held at St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street, London on December 10 at 6pm.
Associations and charities such as, JICMAIL, Picon, The Printing Charity, Two Sides, British Coatings Federation, IPIA and Unite, have all either sponsored or supported the event.
As a highlight of the printing community’s festive calendar, all are welcome, including loved ones, to mark the end of the printing year but also the beginning of the festive printing season.
Mulled wine and mince pies will be served after the service at the back of the church and offer a great opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and friends.
Bettine Pellant, CEO of Picon, said: “It is a privilege for Picon to support the Printers’ Carol Service, a cherished tradition that brings our community together.
“It’s an opportunity to meet with friends and industry colleagues and who can resist a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie afterwards! As far as I’m concerned, this Carol Service means that Christmas has started. Come and join us.”
Neil Lovell, CEO of The Printing Charity, said: “The Printing Charity has supported Carols for Printers for many years. It’s a wonderful occasion and we’d encourage people from our industry to take part. The choir is exceptional, and St Bride’s is magnificent. It has become a much-loved tradition which we hope people will continue to support.”
