A management restructuring at Messe Dusseldorf means Drupa is now under the charge of president and CEO Wolfram Diener.
The move follows the appointment of Marius Berlemann as managing director for operations at the messe and the consolidation of its leisure trade shows under the leadership of the operative management team. Drupa is now no longer part of this, instead moving to Diener, who’s already in charge of many of Messe Düsseldorf’s industrial trade shows.
“Our trade fair portfolios are now organised in such a way to foster the best possible synergies in the coming years. That’s how we’ll reinforce the leading position of our trade shows in Düsseldorf and worldwide, while further driving their growth,” said Diener.
