Enfocus has added its Infigo Connect app to the AppStore. This app facilitates seamless integration between Enfocus Switch and the Infigo eCommerce and Web2Print platform.
The Infigo Connect app enhances workflow automation by enabling users to receive orders through various methods, including webhooks and polling. Once an order is received, the app retrieves all relevant order information, such as the artwork file and job order specifications, making it readily available within the Switch workflow. This allows for smooth integration with other critical systems, such as MIS and ERP platforms.

Additionally, the app enables users to send status updates back to Infigo at every key stage of the process, including production, shipping, and invoicing, ensuring full visibility and traceability throughout the order lifecycle.
