Hollywood Monster has named Birmingham mental health charity Better Pathways as its official Social Value Partner, generating new signage employment opportunities across the Midlands.
The agreement formalises a long-term relationship between the two organisations and strengthens Better Pathways’ ability to support around 130 people each week.
It also means every project delivered through Hollywood Monster will help sustain the charity’s vocational programmes, giving clients a clear and measurable social value contribution alongside their signage investment.
The partnership creates benefits for each organisation as, Hollywood Monster’s clients gain access to a supply chain with demonstrable social value outcomes, while Better Pathways benefits from increased commercial opportunities and industry expertise.
Participants from Better Pathways will spend time at Hollywood Monster’s Tyseley facility, gaining practical insight into commercial print production, project delivery and manufacturing processes, helping strengthen pathways into future employment.
Tim Andrews MBE, chairman of Hollywood Monster, said: “Every project we deliver can now contribute towards creating opportunities for people who are rebuilding confidence, developing skills and moving closer to employment.
“Better Pathways has been transforming lives for more than 60 years. The signage connection makes this partnership a natural fit, but it is the scale and longevity of their impact that made us want to become involved.”
Sue Roberts, chief executive of Better Pathways, said: “Whether someone’s goal is reducing isolation, building confidence, learning new skills or moving into employment, additional support from Hollywood Monster will help us expand what we can offer and increase our impact across the region.”
