PVC-free wide-format materials brand Kavalan will be looking to celebrate the best in the industry for sustainability as it launches its inaugural Kavalan Green Leader Awards.
The event is hoping to put a spotlight on partners and customers who have been working hard to innovate and create impactful print while reducing their environmental impact.
Entries opened on March 24 and closed on April 16, with the awards being assessed by a panel of independent judges.
The awards will feature five categories:
. The Innovation Award, which will recognise the most impactful, and creative project using Kavalan products.
. The Green Spirit Award will be won by the project that integrates Kavalan materials while taking a broader, sustainable approach.
. The Powerhouse Award is for the project which best highlights Kavalan’s PVC-free materials’ strength, durability, and weldability.
. The Wrap Star Award has been confirmed for the most outstanding building wrap project.
. The Kavalan Champion Award will honour a business that best promotes Kavalan materials and sustainability in wide-format print.
Winners will be notified on April 28 via email and will be invited to collect their prize at the FESPA Global Print Expo in Berlin in May.
