Koru Media Limited has acquired the assets of Link Publishing and Link Exhibitions, strengthening and further developing its position across media, events, and specialist publishing.
Koru Media Limited is a subsidiary of Datateam Business Media Limited.
The acquisition includes the key publishing titles, digital platforms, event brands, and associated intellectual property previously operated by Link Publishing and Link Exhibitions.
As part of the transaction, all employees have transferred to Koru Media Limited, ensuring continuity of expertise, relationships and day-to-day operations.
The businesses will continue to be run as they have been previously, with existing teams, brands, and customer relationships remaining in place.
All transferring employees will remain located at the Bristol office.
Koru Media Limited will integrate the acquired assets including The Print Show, The Sign Show, Print Monthly and SignLink into its structure while maintaining the identity, focus, and market positioning of each brand.
