Liyu’s X Line Hybrid UV Printer
Liyu England has introduced the X Line Hybrid UV Printer to the UK market.
Designed for sign makers, print shops, and manufacturers, the 2.1m piece of hardware is described as a versatile solution for businesses looking for quality to grow and is designed to adapt to a company’s needs.
It allows users to add more printheads, ensuring scalability and offers great versatility with the ability to print onto virtually anything.
It handles rigid and roll-fed materials up to 50mm thick and its compact design means a relatively small footprint where space is at a premium.
The X Line Hybrid delivers incredible detail and colour with 2400 dpi resolution, 5-pl drop size, and support for CMYK, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, White, and Varnish.
It also provides fast and precise speeds up to 80 sqm/hr and is powered by a magnetic linear motor, which means there are no belts or pulleys to maintain.
UV LED curing is instant drying and ensures long-lasting, durable prints straight off the press.
The X Line Hybrid provides a seamless workflow and is compatible with leading RIP software like Photo Print, Caldera, and Onyx.
The printer uses gold-certified Greenguard inks, which have low emissions to ensure safe indoor air quality.
It is also designed for low power consumption, helping to reduce energy costs and minimise environmental impact.
