LT Print Group, the litho and digital printing company, is celebrating operations director Keith Goodridge 40th anniversary with the company.
For more than four decades, he has overseen the introduction of CMYK technology, expansion into digital print, development of the finishing department, and major operational improvements that allowed the Wirral-based company to compete with larger companies while keeping its commitment to quality.
Reflecting on his achievements, Mr Goodridge said: “A lot has changed in print over 40 years, but the principles of quality, trust, and teamwork remain the same. Looking back over my career, it’s the people and the progress that stand out.
“Technology has transformed what’s possible, but quality still depends on the care you put in. I’ve been lucky to work with a team that takes that responsibility seriously, and that’s what keeps LT moving forward.”
