Promotions at Victory Design
Sign making supplier Victory Design has welcomed a new managing director in Justin Hines.
The former sales director is taking over some big shoes from his predecessor, Carole Smy, who held the position since 2007.
Under her guidance the company went form strength to strength but she is set to leave the company in firm hands with her retirement imminent in 2026.
Ms Smy will continue at the company for the remainder of her time on a consultative basis.
Mr Hines said: “The dedication to providing our customers with high quality products for sign making, digital printing, vehicle wrapping, garment personalisation and vehicle safety markings remains as always – to deliver what our customers need to the highest standard.
“Our core values of strong relationships with customers and suppliers will take us together into this next chapter in the company’s story.”
He is not the only change in the company as two other long standing staff members make the move to director roles.
Zoe Reddish has been named the new finance director having been part of the account department since 1999, and Neil Basford is the new operations director after being the company’s production and technical manager for the last 14 years.
