Are there more women in print than there were a decade ago? I’d like to think the answer is yes, and at last week’s Rising Star Awards there were more females than males taking home their share of the £84,000 awarded by the Printing Charity for their career development in the print, paper, packaging, graphics and publishing sectors. But women are taking their time in rising to the top in this sector. How many of them are MD’s of large-format print service providers currently. Please raise your hand if you are one of them.
