Visitors to The Sign Show will be able to view the Platinum Technologies LIYU Signature Series UV hybrid
Soyang Europe will showcase three core products from the Platinum Technologies LIYU range on its stand at The Sign Show 2026.
Following its debut in 2025, The Sign Show will return to NEC Birmingham this autumn, once again co-located with established print industry exhibition The Print Show. This year, the two events will run from September 29 to October 1, with thousands of visitors expected across the shows.
This year Soyang will take the largest stand in The Sign Show section of the hall, having previously been located in The Print Show, with a focus on its new distribution partnership with Platinum Technologies LIYU.
With the co-located shows being the first large-scale UK events since the deal was completed, Soyang will run live demonstrations of three Platinum solutions on stand S410 near the entrance to the show.
Visitors will be able to view the Signature Series UV hybrid which has a maximum print width of 3.3m and a top speed of 350 sq m/hr, along with the Platinum KCXL flatbed device, which features include a top speed of 180m sq/hr on media up to 100mm thick, as well as a maximum print resolution of up to 2400dpi.
In addition, visitors can see live demonstrations of the Platinum PCT LED, a roll-to-roll machine that can print at 120sq m/hr on media as wide as 3.2m. The printer is suited to applications including billboard and outdoor advertising, roll banners, signage, and exhibition and retail graphics.
Alongside leading hardware solutions, Soyang will showcase its wide range of printable media. Its portfolio includes PVC and PVC-free materials, textiles, self-adhesive vinyls, wallcoverings, backlit media and banner products, with options to suit everything from short-term promotional campaigns to longer-term installations.
Mark Mashiter, CEO of Soyang Europe, said: “These shows come at an important time for us. The addition of the Platinum Technologies LIYU portfolio represents a major milestone for Soyang and gives us an even broader range of solutions to offer customers across the UK.
“One of the biggest strengths of the Platinum Technologies LIYU range is its versatility. Each system has been designed to deliver exceptional productivity without compromising on quality, whether customers are working on rigid boards, roll media or specialist materials.
“We’re looking forward to showcasing these machines to the market and speaking directly with customers about where the technology could fit within their businesses, alongside our wider range of hardware and material products.”
