Mutoh’s DS4 ProFlex inks
Mutoh Europe has announced the release of its newly developed dye-sublimation ink, designed to deliver consistent, high-quality printing results on a wide range of polyester materials.
DS4 ProFlex has been created to work with the latest generation of water-based sublimation printers – including the XpertJet 1341WR-P, 1642WR-P, and the future 1682SR DS Pro being released in summer 2025.
The new ink uses a refined formula with new colour ingredients, improved grip on transfer paper and reduced sensitivity to temperature variations during printing.
These upgrades translate to more stable colour reproduction, even during long production runs or when working with uncoated or lower-cost transfer paper.
DS4 ProFlex comes in clean, degassed 1 kg pouches and is compatible with Mutoh’s advanced AccuFine piezo printhead technology. It’s suitable for use in various applications, including sportswear, fashion, signage, and promotional items.
The ink will be available through Mutoh Europe’s network of certified distributors across the EMEA region.
