The Anapurna Ciervo H2050 by Agfa
Agfa has expanded its collection of Anapurna Ciervo hardware with the introduction of the H2050 and the H2500, which is debuting in North America.
The new, more compact Ciervo printers, Ciervo H2500 and Ciervo H2050, feature advanced optional media feed guides for precise and reliable corrugated printing, making them ideal for packaging and point-of-sale applications.
These slightly more compact models are being released to complement the H3200, which sits as the range’s printer at 126in/ 320cm. The H2050 is the smallest with a spec size of 80in/ 205cm, while the H2500 is bigger at 98in/ 250cm.
With a redesigned print engine and shuttle, the Ciervo H2500 achieves impressive productivity levels – up to 59m sq/h (635ft sqh) in Production Mode – and delivers vibrant, high-quality results on applications ranging from banners and vinyl to corrugated cardboard and coated textiles.
It is ideal for businesses that require premium printing capabilities on a variety of rigid and flexible substrates, up to a width of 2.5m and features six-colour plus white inks and UV LED curing.
Christine Polzin, head of sales North America, digital printing solutions at Agfa said: “Just like all Agfa’s ‘beastly’ inkjet presses, the Anapurna Ciervo H2500 is powerful by nature, combining a compact footprint with unparalleled performance and agility.
“These two new additions to the Ciervo family are yet another testament to Agfa’s commitment to continuous innovation and to providing a beast for every need.”
