UP3321D 3-in-1 printer
China Print Supplies and Hapond have shaken hands to help bring the UP 3-in-1 simultaneous double-sided printer to the UK.
The UP3321D allows for true double-sided printing of banners, flags, backlits, and more, with no need for media reloading or alignment.
It is designed for improved efficiency and precision in high-volume print environments.
The printer is available in four or six-colour configurations, with or without white, and customers can choose from one, two, or three rows of high-performance Konica 6pl or 13pl printheads for optimal speed and detail.
It has dual independent print carriages which can be used for either the same job or to run two at the same time on either 3.2m or 5.2m widths.
Scott Clutton, managing director of China Print Supplies, said: “This revolutionary machine offers a fantastic level of efficiency and precision for high-volume print environments.
“It can perform true double-sided printing across two 1.6m rolls simultaneously, on materials such as banners, flags, and backlits.
“It’s like having two printers in one, thanks to the dual independent print carriages. When not printing double-sided, these carriages allow running two jobs at once on 3.2m and 5.2m widths.”
It was first showcased at APPP Expo Shanghai, with the new model making its way to the UK in September.
