PrintIt! goes green

PrintIt! has gone green. The initiative designed to showcase the career opportunities offered by print, has unveiled its new ‘green’ identity being rolled out across all its collateral. The new-look centres on an update to the familiar logo, which is now a vibrant green, reflecting the environmental-based learning modules introduced into the 2009/2010 PrintIt! course, as well as the printing industry’s commitment to use sustainable and eco-friendly substrates and print processes.

Epson launches A2+ photo printer

Epson launches A2+ photo printer

Epson is replacing its Stylus Pro 3800 in October with the Stylus Pro 3880, an A2+ photo printer that uses Epson’s fourth generation UltraChrome K3 with Vivid Magenta pigment inks. Individual ink cartridges increase the economy of colour printing whilst Epson’s patented micro piezo printhead ensures accurate ink placement.
