HP appoints Colourbyte as authorised DesignJet partner

Colourbyte has been named HP Large-Format Design partner

HP Large-Format Design has announced a new partnership with Colourbyte Europe, which joins the HP DesignJet channel as an authorised partner for the UK market.

The collaboration brings together HP’s DesignJet portfolio with Colourbyte’s longstanding expertise in large-format printing, digital print solutions and technical support. Established in 1998, Colourbyte has built a reputation for its specialist knowledge of media, colour management and value-added customer support.

HP said the appointment will strengthen its ability to support professionals operating across the graphics and AEC sectors, providing customers with access to hardware expertise alongside specialised media advice and technical assistance.

Colin Easton, UK&I large-format print country lead at HP, said: “We are incredibly pleased to welcome Colourbyte to the HP DesignJet family. Colourbyte’s long-standing reputation for solution sales and independent media expertise makes them an ideal fit.”

Tim Stockley, director at Colourbyte, added that incorporating the HP DesignJet range into the company’s portfolio would enable it to deliver “robust, high-performance solutions” to customers within the graphic arts market.

The full HP DesignJet range, together with associated parts and media workflows, is now available through Colourbyte’s showroom, website and product catalogue.
