Mutoh is bringing out its first-ever integrated print-and-cut device, the XpertJet C641SR Pro, a 24in (630 mm) wide model. The machine, which will get its European premiere at The Print Show, will become available later this year through Mutoh certified distributors and partners, with sales starting in Japan in October.

Engineered and assembled in Japan, the XpertJet C641SR Pro incorporates AccuFine 1600 nozzle printhead for output up to 1200 x 1200dpi, and a drag knife cutting head for precise contour and through cutting. Two adjustable pressure arms allow accommodating various media width ranges.  A built-in grit roller ensures accurate media transport and alignment.

Offering a production print speed of 6.5m²/h at 600 x 900 dpi, the XPJ C641SR Pro includes features known from the Mutoh XpertJet SR Pro 54in and 64in wide printer models and uses Mutoh’s Greenguard Gold certified MS31/MS51 inks.

The unit comes with Mutoh’s VerteLith Rip software built around a Harlequin Rip core.

The new device will be shown on the Graphtec GB stand at The Print Show.
